Gary is a great teacher, who understands where people need tpo practice and trys to help develop skills making it easy.

City Way School of Motoring was definitely the right choice for me, and the format of the lessons helped me to build up both the knowledge and experience of driving at the same time.

Inflation Beating Driving lessons from City Way School of Motoring.

Have you ever been worried about the cost of driving lessons! Or worried that you may not pass your driving test. Therefore worried that you can’t afford to learn to drive and ultimately pass your driving test.

City Way School of Motoring are convinced that they can get everyone through their driving test, and understand that everyone learns at different speeds.

City Way School of Motoring, have added a new course to their collection.

The Guarantee driving test Pass course.

• City Way School of Motoring, will teach you to drive until you pass your driving test, *** for a fixed fee (currently £1100) No strings attached !!. The course fee is paid in FULL at the beginning of the course, when a contract between the two parties has been signed. (*** Maximum timescale is 18 months)

Included in the course is all the lessons you need to get you to test standard, (1 x 2 hours per week) your first theory test fee is paid for by City Way School of Motoring and Booked to take place 6 weeks after you start your Guarantee driving course – (mid week), and all weekday Practical driving test fees are paid by City Way School of Motoring.

Of course to protect both parties, there are some terms and conditions.

                                     Terms and Conditions

• All Guarantee Pass courses are accepted on the STRICT understanding that the pupil has read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. This is highly stated and clearly visible on our website. Also that you pass the eyesight test, at the beginning of your first driving lesson. The contract will need to be signed by a parent or guardian, if they are under 18 years old.
• Payment in FULL, is required at the beginning of the course. If a pupil decides not to continue with the course, for whatever reason, then no refunds are payable. The course needs to be completed with City Way School of Motoring.
• Lessons must be taken CONTINIOUSLY at the prescribed rate of 1 x 2 hours per week – except with the agreement of the driving Instructor for a specific reason – Holiday / Examinations / Illness etc.
• Your progress will be recorded at the end of your driving lessons, so you will always know how you are doing.
• Responsibility for preparation for the Theory Test is entirely that of the pupil – however help and advice is available from your Instructor (Just Ask). City Way School of Motoring, will pay for your first Theory test fee. It is expected that you pass your theory test within 10 weeks from starting your Guarantee Pass course. Your first Theory Test will be booked to take place 6 weeks, from the date, you enrolled on your driving course – (Mid week).  If your Instructor feels, that you are not fulfilling your part of the agreement, in passing your theory test, then your instructor has the right to cancel the booked course. No refund will be given, although, every assistance will be given to allow you to pass your theory test. (all we are looking for is a commitment to pass your theory test)
• City Way School of Motoring will Pay for all weekday Practical Driving test fees, and will book your driving test, when they feel you are at a driving standard, that should gain you a PASS. (Mock tests will be given, to help evaluate your readiness for the driving test) – Driving tests booked direct yourself, will not be refunded and no refund of Course fees will be given.
• Responsibility to be able to complete the Eyesight Test at the start of the Practical Driving Test is that of the pupil. If this is failed, then City Way School of Motoring, will cancel your Guarantee Pass course – No refunds will be given.
• It is the responsibility of the pupil to attend each lesson in suitable clothing, in a fit state and on time. 24 hours notice is required to change an appointed lesson.
• If, for whatever reason, the pupil has their Provisional licence withdrawn – the Course will be cancelled without refund.
• If the Instructor believes that the pupil is not preparing adequately for any aspect of the Course – he will have the right to terminate the Course without refund. In each case such concerns will be made clear, in advance and with due warning (in writing). These warnings will be shared with the parent / guardian where appropriate.
• A professional approach is demanded of the pupil and no abusive behaviour towards the Instructor will be accepted; if such behaviour occurs – the course will be terminated without refund.
• It is the pupils responsibility to ensure they bring all relevant paperwork for the Practical and driving tests.

2. Practical Test; Both parts of the Licence (Paper + Photo Card) as well as the Theory test Certificate and Appointment letter / email.
If you can’t produce the vital licence documentation, then City Way School of Motoring will terminate your course, with no refund.
• City Way School of Motoring, would have fulfilled it’s commitment to you,under this agreement,  upon you passing your driving test.
• An additional payment of £200 will need to made, if you require, an extended driving test, or require Theory tests or Practical driving tests at weekends.
